I just tried to buy this program and at the last page of the order form i noticed that you get locked into a subscription fee of 49$. Is there no way to buy the book wihout a subscription?

Yes there is a way to get just the book.

1. Wait about a week, and that option will be availabe on the web site.

2. Or you can email me at mike@criticalbench.com and I'll give you a link directly to the order form for just the book.

3. Go ahead and buy the book with weekly coaching and just cancel the workouts before the trial ends.
