Default 3 supplements you should take/low carb diet

HI, I just wanted to comment on a few things. I found both articles to be extremely helpful and very enlightening. I found this site from reading up on Muscle Milk and am greatful for the comments. After reading the article, I will NOT consider using this protein at all. I am a female athlete, but have issues with meat. I do not particularly like meat, but cannot find a happy medium. I consider myself a "pescoterian" similar to a vergetarian, but still eats fish (pesco=fish). I am currently trying to get back into the fitness shape of 127 lbs. at 5'7, and current am weighing 161, my question is, is there any protien drinks/ bars, or supplements out there that actually taste descent and are clean? meaning no chemicals or added fillers that are potentially harmful? I have consumed protein drinks for years, and are pretty burnt out on them, and often wonder what is in them. There is one protien I have come across that seems to be pretty clean, it is by Jay Robb, however it is nasty tasting? Do you have any suggestions for healty protien drinks etc, or possibly high protien foods for vegetarians that will not pack on the pounds?

Define the fitness your into and that will help define the shape you desire to be in. The act of being "fit" or in "fitness" is being prepared for the activity you choose to do. So there can be a very "fit" sumo wrestler and a very fit marathon runner and they look Night and day.

Fish is great eat up a ton of it do you do eggs and or chicken??

Poweders. ON Whey is Good (i like the cookies and cream), Beverly has some very High quality stuff, Biotest is good stuff as well.

Protein bars I stay away from them really they are either Schit or taste like Schit if they are quality

Default Green food

i found that Nature's Way Alive is very good green food product. A non acidic ph is said to prevent disease as well.
