I just picked up 2 big ass tractor tires! They arent as big as the one at the Summit, but they are a start.

Also grabbed a big railroad spike log to shoulder, carry, throw... whatever.

So i think my implements are pretty complete, id like to pickup a keg at somepoint to roundout the strong men stuff.

barbells
weights
bumpers
kettlebells
tires
logs
blood, sweat and tears.

Nice work Guys.

Id realy Suggest not upping the load On Ze've's DL until you guys work on that low lumbar spine Hes Rounded a LOT in that from the start. Need to try and get5 him in a position where the spine is neutral and work from there a bit. Damn fine work ethic and some strength.

Id also have him widen his bench grip a bit. his arms were kinda like this if up to the bar / \ try and get them like your which were this l l

Yeah, this is why videos are golden, we can see things in perspective later when we arent pumped full of testosterone, on a caffeine high with chalk in our face. =)

Well get it ironed out.

Phil, do you think we should be going lighter, but more reps to strengthen Ze'evs lower back?

i was thinking about adding some Hyper extensions to his training as well.

90x5x5
160x4x6

2)Back Squats
135x6
145x8
155x8
155x8

3) Leg Curls
90x6x6x6

Heavy Eccentrics Leg Curls
2x1@ 115lbs

4) Back Squat

5) Core Circuit
a1) wood choppers 1x10 (each side) x 2
a2) Front Plank 1x30s, 1x45s
a3) Cable Crunch x10x20

Notes: Good session today with ze'ev. My goals are now strictly hypertrophy til the end of the year. Heavy eccentrics and higher reps, some lockouts, and will be doing a split routine as well. Muscles feel like puddy after this session. Havnt done high rep stuff (save kettlebell work) for a while now.

Yeah, definitely. The plan is to add supra maximal stuff and heavy negatives, on top of high rep stuff. Basically attack the muscle on all fronts, and up the frequency.

Im on a pretty intense supplementation plan right now... so its being put to test for sure. My hunger is back as well... so im eating quite a bit again.
