Default 7 reps in 15 minutes workou b

Cahrles, I did workout A just fine but I can't figure out how you get 7 reps in workout B with a 3 minute rest. Even if I start at 0 and don't count time to unrack, do the squat and rerack then my reps would be at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 so at the most that is 6 reps and taking the time to do each rep under consideration the 6th rep would be starting some time after 15 minutes.

So how do you get 7 reps?

PS I like the workout just fine.

Default Same exercise for Session A and B?

I was just wondering if we are supposed to use the same exercise for both sessions?

For example if I chose to do deadlifts for 14 sets of 2 reps in session A would I do deadlifts for 7 sets of 1 in session B?

Correct! Motor learning requires frequency

So for workout B we would just do a single and rest 3 mins instead using a 15 minute time limit?

Thanks Charles.
Using similar logic then workout A would only take 12+ minutes. No wonder I got more than 14 reps in Workout A!

Session A is supposed to be 14 sets of 2 reps. If you finish the workout you should be completing 28 total reps.

So for session A would we also ignore the 15 minute time limit and just wait 60 seconds between sets? The session would end when we can no longer do a double?

The way I understand it, you are supposed to do up to 14 sets in session A and up to 7 in session B. You must rest the prescribed time in each session. It would be tough to get session A done in 15 minutes, but it is possible. I usually finish in under 16 minutes, and I'm happy with that.
