Hey Troy, we did not get to really talk at the Summit, but I wanted to thank you for your advice on my training log. However, I am still a little confused with your suggestions on using EDT for size. Is it to demanding on the metabolism. I posted a new thread, but here is the question from it.
I am wondering if I can still use an EDT style program and put on size? I did receive some great info from everyone who posted on my training log, but I guess my confusion is with EDT because I thought it was a good program to put on size.? However, if I keep my training in a 5x5 format should I do straight sets using the same weight and then increasing weight each session.? Should I use an increasing pyramid for each set?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
I've been training off and on since I was a young lad. Love EDT!!
