I have been watching your posts and videos and am super impressed. I noticed you mention 531 and even though you are a younger PLer, wanted your opinion on it. Did you get the book? How long have you been doing it...etc? Thanks

Other than that, you can take a look at my log to get an idea of what I'm doing on these days. The key is to keep it light for the most part. You shouldn't be anywhere near failure on this stuff. This was tough for me to learn as I was used to going hard all the time with other programs.
